Spurs 103, Pacers 77: Tony Parker poured in 22 points as visiting San Antonio set a franchise record with its 18th consecutive victory.

Kawhi Leonard added 13 points and 11 rebounds for the Spurs, who surpassed the club mark of 17 games originally set in March 1996. The victory also moved San Antonio 3 1/2 games ahead of idle Oklahoma City for the top spot in the Western Conference.

Paul George had 16 points for the Pacers, who have dropped five of six and fell six percentage points behind Miami in the battle for the top spot in the Eastern Conference standings. Roy Hibbert and Lance Stephenson each added 15 points in defeat.

The Pacers trailed by 18 points early in the third quarter before whittling down the deficit, getting a pair of Stephenson 3-pointers and holding San Antonio to one field goal over the final 3:13 of the frame to trail 69-59 entering the fourth. A Rasual Butler 3-pointer drew Indiana within seven, but Boris Diaw countered with a 3 to extend the lead to 11, Duncan threw down a dunk with 5:05 remaining and Indiana didn't get closer than 16 the rest of the way.

The Spurs held Indiana to 5-of-17 shooting in the first quarter, surging ahead by double digits on a Diaw 3-pointer in the final minute of the period. The lead grew to as many as 17 before Indiana responded with a pair of short Stephenson jumpers and a late George 18-footer to trail 48-35 entering the break.

GAME NOTEBOOK: The Spurs' streak is tied for the seventh-longest in NBA history. ... San Antonio finished with a 16-0 record in March, marking the second time in history the Spurs have had an unbeaten March. Only two other teams - the 1972-73 Milwaukee Bucks and the 1993-94 New York Knicks - have accomplished the feat. ... The Pacers failed to reach 80 points for the fifth time in six games.
