LeBron James scored 30 points and Dwyane Wade added 23 as the Heat improved to an Eastern Conference-best 30-14 and moved above .500 (12-11) on the road.
Rudy Gay scored 29 points and DeMar DeRozan added 27 for the Raptors, who were unable to build on Friday's 25-point drubbing of the Los Angeles Clippers and lost for the ninth time in 12 games.
Bosh helped the Heat erase a six-point halftime deficit, scoring ninth points in a 15-4 burst to open the second half as Miami carried a 71-67 lead into the final 12 minutes. Bosh added 13 points in the fourth, including a 3-pointer with 2:42 left that extended the lead to 90-83.
Gay, playing his second game with Toronto since a three-team trade with Memphis and Detroit, erupted for 16 points in the second quarter, including 10 in a row at the outset to help the Raptors take a 50-44 lead at the break.
GAME NOTEBOOK: James has scored in double figures in 463 consecutive games, the sixth-longest streak in league history. ... Raptors F Landry Fields sat out the game due to back spasms, opening the door for Gay to move into the starting lineup. ... Bosh has averaged 27.7 points in three games at Air Canada Center since leaving the Raptors to sign with the Heat.
