Greivis Vasquez collected 17 points and 11 assists and Roger Mason Jr. scored 15 of his 17 points in the fourth quarter as host New Orleans rallied to snap Houston's five-game win streak.

Jason Smith added 17 points and 10 rebounds off the bench and Robin Lopez scored 14 for the Hornets, who started the fourth quarter on a 22-2 run. New Orleans has won three straight for the first time this season.

James Harden scored 25 points for the Rockets, but no one else reached double figures. Houston went ice cold in the fourth quarter, scoring just 10 points after a 33-point third quarter.

Houston led 36-34 at halftime and used a red-hot third quarter to push the lead to 69-59 entering the fourth. But the Rockets missed 12 of their first 13 shots to start the final period and the Hornets went 8-for-13 during the same stretch to take control.

Harden accounted for seven of Houston's 23 turnovers.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Harden has scored at least 25 points in 14 consecutive games, breaking the franchise record set by Moses Malone during the 1981-82 season. … New Orleans leading scorer Ryan Anderson was held scoreless on 0-for-7 shooting. … Houston's 79 points are a season low. The Rockets had scored 100 or more points in each contest during their five-game win streak.
