Kevin Durant scored 25 points and blocked four shots while Russell Westbrook had 23 points, 13 rebounds, eight assists and seven steals as host Oklahoma City defeated Utah for its fourth straight victory.

Kevin Martin tallied 19 points, Serge Ibaka had 12 and seven blocked shots and Kendrick Perkins also scored 12 points as the Thunder won for the seventh time in eight games.

Enes Kanter scored 18 points and Al Jefferson had 16 and 11 rebounds for the Jazz, who lost for just the second time in seven games. Gordon Hayward, Paul Millsap and Mo Williams scored 13 points apiece for Utah, which is just 3-8 on the road.

The Thunder led 83-67 entering the final quarter before Utah began the stanza by hitting its first six field-goal attempts. A three-point play by Kanter pulled the Jazz within 88-83 with 7:41 remaining before Oklahoma City responded with a 9-2 surge to get the lead back to 12 on Ibaka’s thunderous dunk with 5:20 to play.

Oklahoma City shot 55 percent from the field in the first half while taking a 54-42 advantage. The lead topped out at 81-63 on Martin’s jumper with 1:43 left in the third quarter.

GAME NOTEBOOK: The Thunder blocked 14 shots. … Utah was without F Marvin Williams (concussion) and then lost F Derrick Favors in the first half to an arch injury. … Oklahoma City is 9-2 at home.
