: Russell Westbrook led with 32 points and eight assists as Oklahoma City cruised to its fourth straight win.

Kevin Durant added 25 points, James Harden scored 21 and Serge Ibaka recorded 12 rebounds and six blocks for the Thunder, who maintained a three-game lead over the San Antonio Spurs for first place in the Western Conference.

Oklahoma City was on fire from the beginning on Tuesday, shooting 66 percent in the first half to cruise into the break with a 65-47 lead. Durant and Harden combined to go 10 for 10 from the floor in the first half and Westbrook got his teammates involved early with seven assists.

The Blazers made a move to get back into it in the third quarter, holding the Thunder to 42 percent from the field in the frame and chipping the deficit to single digits, 84-75.

But Oklahoma City turned to its stars in the fourth quarter, getting five points apiece from Harden and Durant during a 10-2 burst and 10 points from Westbrook over a stretch of 3:02 to put the game away.

LaMarcus Aldridge collected 20 points and eight rebounds for Portland, which fell to 3-4 under interim coach Kaleb Canales.

GAME NOTEBOOK: After scoring a season-high 16 points on Sunday, Thunder C Kendrick Perkins was held scoreless in 25 minutes Tuesday. … Blazers PG Raymond Felton (personal) was not at the game. … Oklahoma heads to Los Angeles for a battle with the Lakers on Thursday.
