Chase Budinger scored 22 points and Courtney Lee added 16 as the Houston Rockets used a strong contribution from their bench for a 103-96 victory over Portland, handing the Trail Blazers their second consecutive home loss Wednesday night.

Kyle Lowry and Luis Scola each scored 12 for the Rockets (15-11). Lowry went out with a right arm injury in the third quarter.

Houston's bench contributed 66 points, led by Budinger and Lee. Patrick Patterson had 11 points and Goran Dragic added 10.

Gerald Wallace had 20 points, nine rebounds and five assists for Portland (14-12). Jamal Crawford had 21 points and six assists.

Raymond Felton (sprained left foot) and Marcus Camby (bronchitis) started despite ailing for Portland. Felton was 4 of 11 for nine points and six assists. Camby did not take a shot and had five rebounds, half of his average, in 18 minutes.

The Rockets took a 69-54 lead in the third and were shooting 62 percent from 3-point range before Portland closed to 77-70 to end the quarter. The Trail Blazers then opened the fourth on a 7-0 run, keyed by Crawford's five points.

Tied at 82, the Rockets reeled off eight straight points for a 90-82 lead with 5:23 remaining. The teams traded baskets down the stretch, but Portland never got closer than four.
