Kevin Durant, who came into the game as the NBA's second-leading scorer (31.3) was held to 12 points. It hardly mattered as the Thunder (5-0) placed six players in double figures and never trailed. Durant played only 26 minutes, thanks to Oklahoma City's big lead in the second half.

Westbrook shot 33 percent in the first four games, hit 8-of-14 from the field and had four assists.

Hakim Warrick and Markieff Morris scored 15 points apiece for Phoenix (1-3).

Oklahoma City's previous three wins came by a total of nine points, but Saturday's game was never in doubt.

Phoenix cut the lead to 23-22 late in the first quarter, but Oklahoma City pulled away. Daequan Cook's 3-pointer gave the Thunder a 54-35 lead with 4:24 remaining before halftime.

Oklahoma City scored a season-high 60 points in the first half. The Thunder have won four straight and five of six against the Suns.
