Luis Scola made a scoop shot with 33.5 seconds left in overtime as the Houston Rockets defeated the Memphis Grizzlies for the 10th straight time at home, 95-93, on Saturday.

Memphis had a chance to win it but Mike Conley missed a 3-pointer with seven seconds left.

Kevin Martin scored 19 of his 31 points in the second half for the Rockets (24-28), who are 3½ games behind Portland for eighth in the Western Conference. It was Martin’s second straight 30-point game.

Shane Battier had a season-high 13 rebounds and Chuck Hayes had 15 points and seven rebounds in the win. Scola scored six of his 17 points in overtime.

Zach Randolph had 22 points and 17 rebounds for the Grizzlies (27-25), who had their five-game winning streak snapped. Rudy Gay had 17 points and tied a season high with 11 rebounds for the second straight night. Marc Gasol added 19 points for Memphis.

Martin scored the Rockets’ first eight points of the third quarter as Houston battled back from an eight-point halftime deficit.

Randolph had 12 points and nine rebounds in the first half as the Grizzlies were up by as many as 14 before they settled for a 51-43 lead.
