Grizzlies 105, Pistons 91: Mike Conley scored 19 points and Zach Randolph had 15 points and 10 rebounds as Memphis dominated host Detroit for its fourth straight win.

Ed Davis chipped in 14 points off the bench and Tony Allen and Quincy Pondexter added 10 points apiece for Memphis, which has won seven in a row against the Pistons. The Grizzlies closed the second quarter on a 23-3 run and led 53-42 at the half.

Detroit was outrebounded 44-29 and outscored 62-46 in the paint. Jonas Jerebko and Brandon Knight scored 13 points each to lead the Pistons, and Jose Calderon had 10 points and seven assists.

Randolph posted his 31st double-double for the Grizzlies, who shot 56.3 percent from the field and improved to 17-0 when scoring 100 points. Memphis used a 10-0 run to extend its lead to 78-51 with 3:47 left in the third quarter and rested its starters in the fourth quarter.

Detroit center Greg Monroe had nine points and six rebounds, ending his streak of eight straight double-doubles. Monroe was the first Piston to have eight straight double-doubles since Grant Hill had 10 straight in March 1996.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Grizzlies F Tayshaun Prince, who played 10-plus seasons with the Pistons, had four points in 20 minutes in his first game against his former team. … The Pistons scored a season-low 12 points in the second quarter while committing nine turnovers. …Memphis improved to 9-1 when shooting at least 50 percent from the field.
