Mets 11, Phillies 2: Wilmer Flores belted a grand slam to highlight a six-RBI performance and Bartolo Colon tossed seven-plus solid innings to win his fourth straight start as visiting New York posted its fourth victory in the rare five-game series.

David Wright joined Flores with a two-run double in the sixth and Curtis Granderson ripped a two-run single in the ninth for the Mets, who have won eight of their last 12 contests. Matt den Dekker was activated from Triple-A Las Vegas prior to the game and made two superb defensive plays to prevent a run from scoring in the second and third innings, respectively.

Colon (5-5), who scattered six hits, allowed Ryan Howard's RBI groundout in the sixth and was charged with Ben Revere's run after the speedster scored on a wild pitch by reliever Jeurys Familia in the eighth. New York pulled away in the ninth, capped by Flores depositing an offering from Phillippe Aumont well over the wall in left field for his second career home run as Philadelphia fell for the ninth time in 13 games.

New York drew first blood as former Phillie Bobby Abreu belted a one-out double in the second off the right-field wall before Lucas Duda followed suit to nearly the same spot. Duda provide the big spark in Sunday's 4-3 triumph with a two-run homer with two outs in the 11th inning.

Wright gave the Mets some breathing room in the sixth, launching a 2-0 sinker from Roberto Hernandez (2-3) off the wall in center field - plating both den Dekker and Daniel Murphy. Hernandez exited but was charged with five runs on as many hits in 5 1/3 innings after Wright and Abreu came around to score on Flores' shallow fly that landed just inside the right-field line.

GAME NOTEBOOK: New York placed CF Juan Lagares on the 15-day disabled list with a strained ribcage muscle. ... Den Dekker made his presence known by robbing Howard of his fifth homer in eight games with a leaping catch at the wall in the second inning. He also threw out 3B Reid Brignac at the plate after Revere singled to center field in the third. ... The Mets continue their 11-game road trip on Tuesday by opening a three-game set against the Chicago Cubs. The Phillies open a six-game road trip by beginning a three-game series at Washington on Tuesday.
