Twins 4, Blue Jays 0: Brian Dozier belted a two-run homer and Kevin Correia combined with three relievers on a seven-hit shutout as visiting Minnesota evened the three-game series at one win apiece.

Danny Santana went 2-for-4 with an RBI and Kendrys Morales collected two hits and scored a run for the Twins, who have posted shutouts in each of their last two victories. Correia (3-7) allowed six singles and walked one en route to his second win in six decisions.

Dioner Navarro recorded two hits for the struggling Blue Jays, who have been blanked in three of their last four contests. J.A. Happ (5-3) yielded four runs - three earned - and six hits over 3 2/3 frames as he lost for the second time in six starts.

The Twins jumped out to a 2-0 lead after two batters for the second straight game as Santana led off the first inning with a walk and Dozier followed with a shot to left field for his second homer in as many days. Santana and Dozier opened Monday's series opener with back-to-back blasts.

Minnesota doubled the advantage in the fourth, loading the bases on two hits and a walk before Santana's infield single plated Morales. Toronto third baseman Juan Francisco misplayed the ball, allowing another run to score and make it 4-0.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Twins CF Aaron Hicks missed his third straight game with a sore right shoulder. ... Minnesota learned it will be without RHP Mike Pelfrey for 2-for-4 months as the veteran underwent surgery to clean up scar tissue in his right elbow Tuesday. ... Morales is 3-for-8 with a walk in two games since signing with the Twins as a free agent Sunday.
