Twins 6, Brewers 4: Oswaldo Arcia homered and drove in four as Minnesota pushed aside visiting Milwaukee in the continuation of a home-and-home series.

Josh Willingham added two hits, an RBI and two runs scored and Trevor Plouffe drove in a run for the Twins, who split two games at the Brewers and will host the conclusion of the four-game home-and-home set Thursday. Ricky Nolasco (4-5) allowed four runs and six hits in seven innings and Glen Perkins picked up his 16th save with a perfect ninth.

Aramis Ramirez (hamstring) was activated from the disabled list prior to the game and hit a tying three-run homer for Milwaukee while Mark Reynolds collected two hits and an RBI. Marco Estrada allowed four runs on six hits and three walks in six innings before Rob Wooten (1-3) surrendered the go-ahead run in the seventh to suffer the loss.

Reynolds put the Brewers up with an RBI double in the second but Arcia came up with two on in the fourth and ripped a 2-1 fastball around the foul pole in right to give Minnesota a 3-1 lead. Willingham drew a bases-loaded walk in the fifth to extend it to a three-run cushion.

Jonathan Lucroy and Carlos Gomez led off the seventh with back-to-back singles for Milwaukee in front of Ramirez, who blasted a 1-0 fastball to straightaway center to tie it up. Wooten surrendered a two-out double to Willingham in the bottom of the frame before left-hander Will Smith came on and gave up Arcia's single to short right, and Willingham tumbled across the plate after getting tangled up with Smith on a throw up the third baseline.

GAME NOTEBOOK: The Brewers sent utilityman Elian Herrera to Triple-A Nashville to clear a roster spot for Ramirez. ... Minnesota OF Sam Fuld (concussion) took batting practice prior to the game and could begin a rehab assignment Saturday. ... Willingham has driven in at least one run in seven straight games.
