Dodgers 11, Rockies 3: Matt Kemp remained hot with a two-run homer and Adrian Gonzalez collected three RBIs as visiting Los Angeles used an eight-run sixth inning to rout Colorado in the opener of their three-game series.

Juan Uribe recorded three hits and an RBI while pinch-hitter Justin Turner started the decisive rally with a two-run double for the Dodgers, who stretched their lead over San Francisco in the National League West to four games. Dee Gordon and Hanley Ramirez registered two hits and an RBI apiece in a 15-hit attack as Los Angeles improved to 6-2 at Coors Field.

Wilin Rosario slugged a solo homer among his three hits and Michael Cuddyer delivered an RBI double to lead the Rockies, whose seven-game losing streak is one shy of their season high. Christian Bergman (2-4) was pounded for six runs and nine hits in five innings while striking out a career-high seven.

Kemp launched the first pitch he saw from Bergman over the wall in right field to make it 2-0 in the first, but Cuddyer's double in the home half of the frame and Rosario's blast in the second tied the contest. After Corey Dickerson singled in a run against two-time former Rockie Jamey Wright (5-4) in the fifth to forge a 3-3 tie, a hit batsman and two singles loaded the bases with none out in the sixth for Turner, who ripped a shot into right to plate a pair of runs.

Gordon and Ramirez both knocked in a run around a two-run single by Gonzalez, and Carl Crawford lofted a sacrifice fly for a 10-3 advantage. Uribe's run-scoring double capped the Dodgers' biggest inning of the season as they improved to 46-29 on the road.

GAME NOTEBOOK: An MRI on the shoulder of Dodgers LHP Hyun-Jin Ryu showed no structural damage. Ryu has been ruled out for his scheduled start Wednesday in Colorado, but the team has yet to make plans beyond that for the 14-game winner. ... Kemp smacked his fifth homer of the month to give him 178 in his career, moving him past Mike Piazza and into third place on the franchise list. ... Dodgers starter Roberto Hernandez gave up two runs and six hits in 3 2/3 innings.
