Marlins 13, Rockies 5: Giancarlo Stanton recorded three hits and three RBIs - increasing his National League-leading total to 92 - and Marcell Ozuna belted a grand slam for his third homer in as many games while matching a career high by driving in five for visiting Miami.

Donovan Solano drove in two runs while Ozuna and Jeff Baker registered three hits apiece as the Marlins remained four games behind San Francisco for the final NL wild-card spot. Henderson Alvarez (10-5) won his fourth straight start after yielding four runs and 10 hits in six innings while contributing a sacrifice fly.

Justin Morneau and Corey Dickerson each belted a two-run homer and Nolan Arenado matched a career high with four hits for Colorado, which fell to 4-3 on its nine-game homestand. Franklin Morales (5-7) ran his winless streak to five starts after matching a season high by allowing six runs in four innings.

Baker and Stanton delivered back-to-back doubles leading off the third and Ozuna's sacrifice fly two batters later gave Miami a 4-0 lead. The Rockies cut the deficit in half when Charlie Blackmon led off the bottom of the frame with a bunt single and Morneau crushed a 2-1 offering on a line out to right for his 14th home run.

The Marlins extended their lead to 6-2 as Casey McGehee and Jarrod Saltalamacchia each walked with the bases loaded in the fifth before Dickerson crushed a 1-1 pitch over the wall in right - his 18th homer - in the bottom half. Miami scored six with one out in the ninth on Stanton's two-run single and Ozuna's grand slam.
