Rockies 8, Dodgers 7: Drew Stubbs hit a two-run homer and Corey Dickerson added a solo shot as host Colorado held off Los Angeles.

Wilin Rosario joined Stubbs in having two hits and two RBIs for the Rockies, who halted a five-game losing streak. Dickerson had two hits and scored twice for Colorado, which led 8-2 before the Dodgers rallied to make it close.

Jorge De La Rosa (9-6) allowed two runs and three hits in six innings to win his third straight start. Adam Ottavino struck out three in two scoreless innings of relief and LaTroy Hawkins pitched a perfect ninth for his 15th save.

Colorado had an 8-2 edge after Charlie Culberson tripled to left-center field off Dan Haren (8-5) and scored on Charlie Blackmon’s infield single in the sixth. The Dodgers pushed across five runs in the seventh, with Clint Robinson’s single, Yasiel Puig’s double, a passed ball, a run-scoring single by Hanley Ramirez and a double-play grounder accounting for the runs.

Los Angeles scored first-inning runs on Ramirez’s double and Juan Uribe’s single before Colorado answered with two in the bottom of the inning on Nolan Arenado’s infield out and Rosario’s RBI single. Rosario added a run-scoring single in the third and Stubbs hit a two-run homer to make it 5-2, and Dickerson led off the fifth with solo blast to make it a four-run margin.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Rockies SS Troy Tulowitzki (groin) missed his second straight contest. … Haren struck out eight but allowed a season-high eight runs and matched a season-worst mark by giving up 10 hits in 5 1/3 innings. … Colorado OF Carlos Gonzalez (finger) took batting practice without a setback prior to the game and is close to being sent out on a minor-league rehab stint.
