Indians 6, Rockies 4: Michael Bourn blasted a two-run homer in the bottom of the ninth to lift Cleveland to a three-game sweep of visiting Colorado.

Michael Brantley added two hits and an RBI and scored twice for the Indians, who improved their American League-best home record to 18-11. Bourn's first career walk-off homer made a winner of Scott Atchison (2-0), who struck out the side and worked around a two-out double in a scoreless ninth.

Corey Dickerson hit a two-run homer and Michael Cuddyer added two hits and scored a run for the Rockies, who dropped to 3-12 in their last 15 road games, including a 2-7 mark on their current trip.

The Indians jumped on Colorado starter Jhoulys Chacin for three runs in the first as Brantley followed a pair of walks with an RBI single, Jason Giambi drew a bases-loaded walk and David Murphy added a sacrifice fly. Cleveland let the Rockies back in it when Mike Aviles booted Justin Morneau's grounder leading off the second and Dickerson followed with a two-run blast, and Colorado tied it on Morneau's RBI groundout in the third.

Lonnie Chisenhall's sacrifice fly put the Indians back in front in the bottom of the third, but Charlie Blackmon tied it again with a sacrifice fly in the seventh. That's where it stood until Bourn blasted an 0-1 fastball from Adam Ottavino (0-2) to right-center.
