Orioles 7, Brewers 6 (10): Nick Hundley drove in the go-ahead run in the 10th as Baltimore came alive late to take the series opener from host Milwaukee.

Jonathan Schoop hit a pair of solo home runs and Nick Markakis doubled in the tying run in the ninth for the Orioles. Darren O’Day (2-0) earned the win in relief and Zach Britton picked up his third save as the bullpen picked up starter Chris Tillman, who was knocked around for six runs in 5 2/3 innings.

Francisco Rodriguez came on in the ninth for the Brewers and quickly got the first two outs before yielding Schoop’s second home run, a single to Delmon Young and Markakis’ RBI double to center. Rob Wooten (1-2) came on for the 10th and retired the first two before J.J. Hardy doubled and Hundley followed with a single to left.

Jean Segura tripled down the right-field line leading off the first for the Brewers and scored when Ryan Braun followed with a double to give Milwaukee a quick lead, but Adam Jones’ triple off the wall in right and Nelson Cruz’s RBI double in the third gave the Orioles a 3-1 edge. Mark Reynolds cut the deficit to 3-2 with a sacrifice fly in the bottom of the frame and the Brewers took the lead in the fourth when Tillman walked two in front of Segura’s two-run double down the left-field line.

Khris Davis (4-for-4) took a 1-0 fastball from Tillman out to right-center in the sixth and Overbay made it back-to-back blasts when he sent a 3-2 changeup out to right as Milwaukee grabbed a 6-3 edge. Schoop cut it to 6-4 with a home run in the seventh before connecting again in the ninth.
