Red Sox 5, Blue Jays 2: Jackie Bradley Jr. belted a three-run homer and Felix Doubront tossed seven solid innings as host Boston won the rubber match of the three-game series.

David Ortiz launched a solo shot to lead off the sixth inning and Ryan Lavarnway had an RBI single for the Red Sox (95-62), who have won 20 of their last 27 contests to extend their advantage over Oakland (92-64) for the top record in the American League.

After Lavarnway singled in Daniel Nava to forge a 1-1 tie in the second, Bradley followed by promptly depositing a 1-0 hanging knuckleball from R.A. Dickey (13-13) into the Blue Jays' bullpen in right field. The blast was Bradley's third of the season - and first since July 9.

Making his first start since Sept. 6, Doubront (11-6) rebounded after a pair of puzzling starts to allow two runs on four hits. Franklin Morales bridged the gap to Koji Uehara, who retired the side in the ninth for his 21st save.

Kevin Pillar had an RBI single and Dickey struck out 11 for the Blue Jays, who fell for the eighth time in 12 outings.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Dickey fell to 4-1 in his last six starts after permitting five runs on six hits in eight innings. ... Boston will finish its regular season on the road, beginning Tuesday with an abbreviated two-game series in Colorado. Toronto visits the Chicago White Sox on Monday for a make-up contest. ... Bradley recorded just one RBI from June 5-Sept. 20. ... Prior to the game, the Red Sox honored Hall of Famer Carl Yastrzemski with a video ceremony and a statue outside of Gate B.
