Indians 15, Royals 4: Carlos Santana belted a two-run homer in the sixth inning to snap a tie and added a three-run shot during a seven-run ninth as visiting Cleveland ended its seven-game losing streak against Kansas City.

Asdrubal Cabrera and Ezequiel Carrera also drove in two runs apiece and David Huff pitched 5 2/3 strong innings for the Indians, who won for just the fourth time in 15 games.

Cabrera forged a 1-1 tie with a one-out RBI single in the sixth, and Santana followed with his 17th blast off Jake Odorizzi (0-1), who yielded three runs and six hits over 5 1/3 innings in his major-league debut. Santana completed his second two-homer performance of the season in the ninth to cap the monstrous rally.

Huff (2-0) allowed one run and three hits while walking one and striking out one in his second start of the year. The left-hander improved to 3-2 in five career starts against Kansas City.

Adam Moore hit a solo homer and Jeff Francoeur collected three hits and an RBI for the Royals, who had their four-game winning streak snapped as they finished 5-4 on their nine-game homestand.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Cleveland 1B Casey Kotchman, who hit an RBI single during his team's five-run seventh, made two of the three outs in the ninth. ... Santana also homered twice against Toronto on April 8. ... Moore's blast, which came in his first at-bat as a Royal, was his first since 2010 while with Seattle.
