Cameron Maybin drove in three runs and the Florida Marlins rode a pair of three-run innings to a 7-5 victory over the New York Mets on Saturday.

Hanley Ramirez and Jorge Cantu each had three hits and an RBI in sending the Mets to their fourth straight loss.

Most of the damage came off New York starter John Maine (1-3), who was tagged for six runs on seven hits in five innings. He walked five and struck out five.

The Marlins snapped a 3-3 tie with three runs in the fifth when Cantu’s double plated Ramirez, Cody Ross had an RBI single, and Maybin hit a sacrifice fly.

Ramirez added a run in sixth with a single to make it 7-3, before the Mets got back within two with runs in the seventh and ninth.

Nate Robertson (4-3) surrendered three runs - two earned - on seven hits in 5 2/3 innings to take the win.

Leo Nunez allowed the one run in the ninth for his ninth save.

Luis Castillo and David Wright each drove in a pair of runs for the Mets, whose four road wins rank last in the majors.
