Yankees 3, Reds 2: Jacoby Ellsbury collected four hits and scored on Brian McCann's RBI single with one out in the ninth inning as host New York completed a three-game sweep of Cincinnati.

Ellsbury led off the ninth against Aroldis Chapman (0-3) with his third single of the contest to record his second four-hit performance of the season. Ellsbury promptly stole second, advanced to third on a wild pitch before coming home as McCann's high popup fell harmlessly just outside the edge of the infield in right.

Derek Jeter and Ellsbury ripped back-to-back RBI singles in the fifth for the Yankees, who finished interleague play with a 13-7 mark. McCann and Brian Roberts had two hits apiece while David Robertson (1-2) retired the side in the top of the ninth to pick up the win.

Todd Frazer belted his career-high 20th homer to forge a 2-2 tie in the eighth. Skip Schumaker had an RBI double among his two hits in his return from the seven-day concussion list for the Reds, who dropped a season-high sixth straight decision on the road.

After Jeter and Ellsbury gave New York a 2-1 lead in the fifth, Frazier answered three innings later by sending a 3-2 fastball from All-Star Dellin Betances inside the left-field foul pole. The blast was Frazier's third in five contests.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Jeter's RBI single in the fifth snapped an 0-for-8 stretch in his career against Cincinnati RHP Johnny Cueto, who saw his streak of seven quality starts come to an end after permitting two runs on five hits in five innings. ... Yankees RHP Hiroki Kuroda was in line for the win after allowing an unearned run on three hits in 6 2/3 innings before Frazier's homer. ... New York continues its 10-game homestand by opening a four-game series versus Texas on Monday. Cincinnati wraps up its six-game road trip by beginning a three-game set versus Milwaukee.
