Matt Cain tossed seven scoreless innings and Miguel Tejada scored the go-ahead run on a balk as the San Francisco Giants posted their fourth straight win, 1-0 over the error-prone Cleveland Indians Saturday.

The Indians, playing without star right fielder Shin Soo Choo (broken thumb), fell to 6-23 in National League parks since 2008. They were stymied by Cain (7-4), who allowed just four hits and a walk. Cleveland was also done in by self-inflicted wounds.

One night after two errors by Carlos Santana helped the Giants to a 4-3 win, the Indians imploded again. The game was scoreless until two errors in the seventh by second baseman Cord Phelps signaled the end of the day for Cleveland starter Justin Masterson. Tony Sipp walked Andres Torres to load the bases and then balked home Tejada with the deciding run.

Masterson (5-6), winless since winning his first five starts, yielded the unearned run and four hits in 6 2/3 innings.

Cleveland loaded the bases the following half inning, but Javier Lopez got Grady Sizemore to ground out to first. Brian Wilson then threw a perfect ninth for his 23rd save in 25 chances.
