Pat Burrell’s sacrifice fly in the 11th inning helped the San Francisco Giants rally for a 3-2 victory over the Atlanta Braves on Friday.

Aubrey Huff drove in a run and scored twice for the Giants, who snapped a two-game skid and moved to within one game of the NL West-leading San Diego Padres.

Chipper Jones and Alex Gonzalez homered for the NL East-leading Braves, who saw their lead over Philadelphia cut to one game.

The Braves imploded in the ninth as the Giants tied the game without the benefit of a base hit. Huff was hit by Billy Wagner and later scored on an error by Jones.

It remained tied until the Giants loaded the bases against Peter Moylan (3-2) in the 11th. Burrell plated the go-ahead run with a fly ball to left field.

Brian Wilson threw a perfect ninth for his 32nd save in 35 chances. Javier Lopez (3-2), San Francisco’s third reliever, earned the win.

The Giants' comeback spoiled a solid outing by Tommy Hanson, who allowed one run and three hits in seven innings. He left with the lead after Jones’ sixth inning homer off Barry Zito snapped a 1-1 tie.

Zito allowed two runs and four hits in seven innings. The left-hander struck out 10 and walked two.

The game was delayed for nearly two hours due to rain, and it was prolonged further as the Braves retired Tom Glavine’s number 47 prior to the first pitch.
