Ricky Nolasco worked seven strong innings and Dan Uggla supplied the offense as the Florida Marlins posted a 3-2 win over the Arizona Diamondbacks on Friday night.

Uggla had a pair of run-scoring singles and Cody Ross drove in a run for Florida, which had dropped two of three entering play.

Nolasco (9-6) limited Arizona to six hits and two runs with six strikeouts to capture his fourth straight decision.

Uggla and Ross had RBI singles in the third for a 2-0 lead and Uggla later drove in the deciding run with an infield single in the seventh.

Clay Hensley struck out the side in the eighth inning before Leo Nunez came on and worked a perfect ninth for his 19th save.

Dan Haren (7-7) allowed 10 hits and three runs with six strikeouts in 6 2/3 innings.

Chris Young and Gerardo Parro drove in the two Arizona runs.
