Carlos Quentin and Ramon Castro had RBI doubles in a four-run ninth inning as the Chicago White Sox rallied for a 7-5 victory and a three-game sweep of the Boston Red Sox on Sunday at Fenway Park.

The White Sox drew four consecutive walks off three Boston relievers to push across the go-ahead run and an insurance tally, extending their winning streak to six games. The win allowed Chicago to keep pace with the Minnesota Twins, who retained their 3 1/2-game lead in the AL Central with a 6-5 victory over Texas.

Red Sox closer Jonathan Papelbon (5-6) endured his seventh blown save, throwing a season-high 48 pitches. He was charged with four runs on two hits in 1 1/3 innings.

After Dustin Richardson relieved Papelbon and walked Mark Teahen to load the bases, Robert Manuel came on and issued back-to-back free passes to Gordon Beckham and Juan Pierre to force in two runs.

Quentin had three hits and two RBIs for Chicago, which swept a doubleheader Saturday by identical 3-1 scores.

Scott Linebrink (3-1) worked an inning for the win and Matt Thornton recorded his sixth save.

Victor Martinez slammed a two-run homer in the seventh inning and David Ortiz had a two-run single for the Red Sox, who tumbled to their third straight defeat.
